By using 54Bid's services, you agree to our standard terms of service. Payments are issued on a NET-30 schedule unless otherwise specified in your custom enterprise contract.
1. Monetization Services & Google AdX Access
54Bid provides proprietary header bidding wrappers, Google MCM connection, demand mediation, and automated dynamic floor pricing. The publisher retains full copyright ownership of all editorial property and domain assets.
2. Revenue Share & Payout Terms
Payments are calculated on audited monthly gross programmatic revenue less applicable exchange clearing fees, resulting in an agreed net revenue share of 80% to 85% payable to the publisher. All settlements are remitted within 30 days of month-end via Wire Transfer or ACH.
3. Quality Warranties & Termination
Either party may terminate the monetization relationship at will with a 30-day written notification. Severe violations including intentional click fraud or bot traffic will result in immediate tag disconnection.
